Advance Vision Tech Solutions collects only the information needed to respond to inquiries, deliver technical services, operate Veylora, provide support, and maintain connected services that a customer chooses to enable.
Information we collect
- Website and contact details, such as name, company name, email address, phone number, and the content of messages sent to us.
- Project and service information, such as site requirements, drawings, device lists, support notes, installation records, and maintenance details.
- Veylora account and product information, such as license data, device information, cloud backup snapshots (which may include invoice, business, customer, and product records), uploaded invoice letterhead PDFs, and support diagnostics.
Messaging integrations
Some Veylora features can connect to WhatsApp Business or Facebook Messenger when a user explicitly authorizes the connection. These integrations are optional and are used only to provide the messaging workflow the user requested.
For WhatsApp Business, we may process connected business identifiers, phone number identifiers, access tokens needed to operate the connection, incoming message content, message metadata, sender identifiers, and order details parsed from messages.
For Facebook Messenger, we may process the connected Page ID and name, the account identifier returned during authorization, Page access tokens needed to operate the connection, message content, sender identifiers provided by Messenger, timestamps, and delivery or status events.
Access tokens for messaging integrations are stored encrypted at rest when retained by our online service. We do not sell messaging data, use it for third-party advertising, or use it for unrelated profiling.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and deliver technical services.
- Operate Veylora features such as licensing, support, backup, billing workflows, and optional integrations.
- Maintain security, diagnose issues, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Sharing and retention
We share information only when needed to deliver the requested service, operate a connected platform, comply with law, or work with service providers that support hosting, backup, support, or communication functions. We retain information only as long as needed for the service, support, accounting, security, audit logs, or legal purposes.
Your choices
- You can choose not to enable optional messaging integrations.
- You can disconnect WhatsApp Business or Facebook Messenger integrations from inside Veylora where that feature is available.
- You can request access, correction, or deletion of eligible data by contacting us.
